Marc Weltersbach

Marc is an executive and holistic coach. His expertise lies in executive coaching, psychology, behavioral neuroscienceences, philosophy, nutrition, meditation, breathing techniques, yoga and hypnosis. He focuses on pragmatic tools as well as the training of the mind to reprogram subconscious patterns that alter mindset, emotional intelligence, relational intelligence, communication, self-knowledge, and body and mind relationship. He is convinced that a holistic and diversified approach is necessary to deeply transform our being.

Katherine Chareonying

Kat, is a certified Vinyasa teacher with over 1000hrs of training and 10 years of teaching experience in Paris and around Europe.
Her creative flows are energy aligned and based on a combination of styles through her personal asana practice of Vinyasa, Iyengar and Hatha as well as pranayama and mediation. Beyond her passion for the physical aspect and her deep respect for the body as a tool, she strongly believes in the transformative power of the spiritual teachings that lead us to connect to our infinite potential and true nature.

 

Accommodation

Welcome to “Le Buis”

Get comfortable in a serene place, a large isolated country house in Ardèche in Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut, hidden in the Eyrieux valley, on the banks of the Auzène river.

Enjoy the magnificent hikes, therapeutic river baths and 25m swimming pool.

The house features multiple rooms with king, queen and twin beds.

Registration and Pricing Information

The stay includes:
 

  • Healthy vegan (gluten-free option) breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

  • 6 nights in charming accommodation.

  • 6 vinyasa yoga classes.

  • 6 guided meditations.

  • 2 holotropic breathwork sessions.

  • Everyday mental preparation workshops.

  • Hikes/meditation walks. (depending on the weather)

  • Access to the river and swimming pool.

The stay does not include:

  • Transportation 

    • By car (485km from Paris), electric charger available.

    • By train to Valence Ville or Valence TGV​.

    • By plane, Lyon Airport + Train to Valence.

    • Bus or Taxi from Valence to the venue (around 100€/car)
